Big things are happening at Basalt—and no, it’s not just the wine pouring or the focaccia rising. Our much-anticipated accommodation is officially underway, and we couldn’t be more excited to share a little glimpse of what’s to come.
Perched between the vines and just minutes from Killarney Beach and Port Fairy, our two luxury vineyard cabins will offer an adults-only escape that’s all about slowing down, settling in, and soaking up the good stuff—good views, good wine, good company.

We’re working closely with the incredible team at Ample to bring the cabins to life—designed to blend beautifully into the landscape while offering every creature comfort. From the immersion in the vines to the fireplace and a private deck for wine at sunset, every detail is considered. Rustic, refined, and unmistakably Basalt.
